Society of Fisheries Technologists India (SOFTI)in collaboration with Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin and National Research Centre for Pig (NRCP), Rani, Guwahati organized a workshop on Food Safety Issues in High Moisture Food Commodities, on 22 March 2012 at NRCP, Guwahati. The 40 participants included students, entrepreneurs and researchers from working in various areas of food commodities including fish, meat etc.
